When you only read the site
The host (ProISP / one.com, Norway, EEA) stores the usual server logs (IP address, time, requested URL, browser) so the site can run and attacks can be investigated. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are kept only as long as the host needs them.
Cookies
The site and the booking form set a few short-lived session cookies so the page and the form keep working. There are no marketing or tracking cookies.
Booking
If you book a session, Easy!Appointments on this same website stores the data you enter (typically name, email, phone, notes, service, time, package) so the appointment can be made and changed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contract).
Booking data are not sold and are not passed to unrelated third parties. They are deleted or anonymised after two years, unless a longer statutory retention period applies (for example invoices).
You can change or cancel via the link in the email until 48 hours before the session; after that write or WhatsApp.
Payment
The website does not take card payments. Cash and bank transfer stay between us. If you choose PayPal, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. processes that payment under their own privacy policy.
Optional contact
If you write by email or WhatsApp, the message is processed to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). WhatsApp is Meta; use email if you prefer not to use that channel.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–18, 20, 21 GDPR). Write to info@posturepower.de. You may also lodge a complaint with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
No data-protection officer is required for this small practice.
